USD 295 pppn double occupancy
USD 325 pppn single occupancy

  • Children under 12 years pay 50%
  • Children 2 years and under are free based on sharing with adults.

Booking Policy

  • Provisional bookings are held for up to 30 days
  • 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking
  • Full payment balance to be received 30 days before arrival
  • Cancellation policy is 25% up to 30 days before arrival, 50% up to 14 days and 100% thereafter.

There is a 1,200 metre firm grass airstrip available for Charter flights. Charter Flights are available from within Zambia and / or Internationally. Flights from Livingstone are a 45 minute scenic flight along the mighty Zambezi River, including an airborne flight around the Victoria Falls and flights from Lusaka are a 60 minute flight to our airstrip on the lake shore. There are a selection of flights that connect Internationally from both Livingstone and Lusaka.

Road transfers are available upon request. A drive through the rural Africa from Lusaka to Sinazongwe being a 4 hour journey or from Livingstone to Sinazongwe being a 3 and half hour journey. Stops at the rural markets and Museums are available upon request.
